How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email our customer service team at [email protected] or use the "Request Return" button in your account's order history. Include your order number and reason for return (optional).

Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 hours, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label via email. Keep your RA number for tracking purposes.

Pack Your Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) with all certificates, documentation, and accessories. Use the prepaid shipping label we provided.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location (DHL, FedEx, or local post office). Keep your tracking number for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2-3 business days after arrival), we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return:

  • • Unworn jewelry in original condition
  • • Items with all original tags, certificates, and packaging
  • • Non-engraved, non-customized pieces
  • • Items returned within 30 days of delivery

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (engraved, resized, or made-to-order)
  • • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • • Items without original certificates or documentation
  • • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Note: Custom items may be eligible for exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Contact our customer service team to discuss options.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
  2. Specify the item you'd like to receive instead
  3. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return
  4. If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge the difference accordingly

Free Exchanges on Sizing Issues

If you need a different ring size, we'll resize your ring or exchange it for the correct size at no charge (one-time resize per order). Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds appear within 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: Refunds appear within 3-5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds issued in the same cryptocurrency at current market value
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). In such cases, we'll cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping fees.

Processing Time

Exchange Shipping: Exchange items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.

International Returns

Our 30-day return policy applies to all international orders. However, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for international returns (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
